GULF’s Safety Commitment Earns 7 Recognition from Zero Accident Campaign

Gulf Group has been honored with seven prestigious awards at the Zero Accident Campaign 2024,
organized by the Thailand Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (Public Organization) (T-OSH).
The awards, presented by Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, Minister of Labor, recognize the outstanding
safety performance of GULF’s Chiang Rak Noi power plant (GCRN) in Pathum Thani province, Ban Len,
and Ban Pho power plants in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. Four Gulf Group’s power plants in the
Eastern area have also been recognized for their safety excellence, including Nakhon Nueng Khet
power plant (GNNK) in Chacheongsao province, Nong Lalok 1 & 2 power plants (GNLL & GNLL2) in Rayong
province, and Nonsri power plant (GNC) in Prachin Buri province. These achievements underscore
GULF’s unwavering commitment to workplace safety and the company’s relentless pursuit of a
zero-accident environment. Through meticulous planning, effective management, and a strong focus on
occupational health, the company has successfully prevented and minimized accidents, achieving a new
standard for safety excellence in the industry.
The campaign to eliminate workplace accident, is an initiative of T-OSH, grounded in the belief that
accidents are preventable, seeks to foster a culture of safety and occupational health within Thai
workplaces. Through strategic planning, effective management, and continuous improvement, T-OSH aims to
inspire businesses to adopt best practices that reduce the risk of accidents and create a safer working
environment for all employees.
