Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited (GULF), an internationally recognized energy and infrastructure company, is preparing to issue its first-ever senior unsecured debentures to retail investors. The offerings will consist of 2 sets of 4 and 7-year bonds with coupon rates of 3.50% and 3.90%, respectively.
