Bangkok, 27 August - Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited or GULF, recently held the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2020 at Athenee Crystal Hall, 3rd Floor, The Athenee Hotel Bangkok. The event was joined by Mr. Viset Choopiban, Independent Director and Chairman of the Board, along with attendance of board of directors and the company’s management team, led by Mr. Sarath Ratanavadi, Director, Vice Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer.

The shareholders approved the increase of registered capital of the company to strengthen the financial structure and enhance the investment potential for projects in Thailand and overseas, reflecting GULF’s strong business profile and stable growth strategy.
